Who we are
Belgrave Line ("Belgrave Line") is a trading name of Mouhammed Tellai, a sole trader based in Surrey, serving businesses across the UK. For this website, our demos, enquiries and customer accounts, we are the controller of your data. Contact: 07541 137781 or [email protected].
What we collect and why
- When you text, WhatsApp or ring us: your name, number, business name and what you tell us. We use it only to set up your demo and talk to you about Belgrave Line.
- When you use the demo form on our website: your name, business name, mobile number, trade, area and best time to call. We use it only to arrange your demo. If the form opens a text or WhatsApp message, nothing is sent until you press send.
- When you ring a demo line or use the voice demo in your browser: you talk to an AI assistant, and the call is recorded and transcribed by our voice provider, ElevenLabs. Please don't give real customer details in a demo. We get a transcript and a short summary so we can show you how the service works and improve it.
- When you become a customer: your contact and billing details. For the people who ring your business, you are the controller: we process their details only on your instructions, under our data processing agreement, to pass enquiries to you.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests (replying to you and running the demo) and, once you sign up, taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you.
Who processes it for us
Our suppliers process data on our behalf: Twilio (phone numbers and texts), ElevenLabs (the voice assistant), Supabase (secure database), n8n (automation), Cloudflare (this website), Stripe (payments) and Google (email). ElevenLabs, Twilio, Stripe and Google are US-based or may process data in the US. Those transfers rely on the UK–US data bridge (the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the UK's approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries: up to 12 months if you don't become a customer. Demo call recordings and transcripts: up to 90 days, then deleted. Customer records: for as long as you're a customer and up to 6 years after for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, tell us first and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers which trade you picked, in your own browser, so the examples match your work. If we add website analytics, we'll list it here first.
What we never do
We never sell your data and never make automated sales calls.
